They have assisted us in successfully selling our home at a really great price (the highest ever in our community) but more importantly than that was such a pleasure to work with! We found Judy while looking to buy a new home and liked her knowledge of the local area and approach about the process so much that we decided to also use her help in selling our home. We also loved Stacey who works with her with a great eye for design and Cathy helping with the process. Judy has been a true partner through what can be a very stressful process and her calm demeanor and patience are unbeatable! Highly highly recommend!
I have been with Curaytor since July so we are really newbies. I do have a team with 4 agents who work the buyer leads. Myself and one other person work the seller leads. I have a great team assistant who does a lot on Curaytor for us. She does the CABing and works the site we both watch all the webinars, podcasts anything that Curaytor provides for us. I also have a virtual assistant which is one of my best hires. I love the marketer program but felt that we were new and needed to learn everything we could. I could go that route in the future. If you are an agent without any support I don’t know how you would do this without help. Curaytor is a website on steroids!! My virtual assistant sends a digital newsletter to our clients every Friday local events etc our monthly giveaway and this week we did the Zillow ad and we actually picked up some past clients interest in knowing what their property is worth that is called a pipeline. We have, in 60 days, gotten a buyer under contract from Curaytor. I am the team leader but I am engaged in my backend every day. This is a very giving group and I made a great decision to join Curaytor.

I am in a booming market right now so it's nice to have everything laid out for me and the plan for success is easily achievable due to the Curaytor Staff and the Facebook Focus Group. I am a one man band or a Wolfpack of one (hangover movie reference) so I do not have the luxury of an Office Staff or other agents to bounce ideas off of. It's nice to have insight from not only other agents but in other markets as well that have great ideas. All in all the whole Curaytor package (Marketer, CRM, FB Group) is what I needed in order to stay at the top of the Real Estate Industry for my market.

I was excited this week to get my site back up and running and to get back into the Curaytor family.
About 6 months ago I made the tough decision to leave Curaytor. The reality is- I'm not a mega-agent - I don't have a big team with ISAs, Buyer's agents, etc. For the longest time I've been basically a one man operation. I closed 39 deals last year - and my average price point is around $200k - so there's not much newsworthy about me as an agent.
When I first took the plunge with Curaytor - essentially as a brand new agent - that monthly fee was quite a line item on my expenses. As the months went by it was clear to me that I was among the best agents- the connections I made and the tools I had were tremendous- but that $1275 was kicking my butt each month- and frankly I just wasn't implementing them properly.
When I left Curaytor I attempted to put together a poor man's version of Curaytor- I kept my subscription with FUB and HG - and signed on with a provider called [Other Company] - it was ok- but I knew it wasn't the real deal.
In January, I flew out to Vegas to spend a couple of days with Joe and Taylor to dig deep on what they are doing with FB. I was in a room with about 10 other Curaytor clients for a couple of days. As we implemented the same practices- budgets, graphics, etc - there was no doubt that the Curaytor clients were generating leads at about 4x the rate that I was. The difference was Curaytor - specifically the tool you guys have built to capture the leads within FB.
You guys have built something great- as I'm sure you're well aware. It's quite an accomplishment to build a product, platform, and culture the way you guys have- and I'm privileged to be a part of it. I've just added two agents to my team- and I'm ready to take my business to the next level thanks to you guys.

They know what works and they do all the heavy lifting for you! They stay in front of the curve so you don't have to worry about it! Their customer service is very responsive and provide accurate, detailed steps to accomplishing any idea or project you wish to execute! They're so good that I almost hate to even tell anyone about them! However, once you get a chance to "mastermind" with agents all over the country, you quickly see the power and benefit in sharing this company with everyone you know! It's truly a game changer! They are SUPER DOG AWESOME!

We subscribe to working the market of the moment. At the moment buyers are easier to come by than sellers so we are focusing on buyers. When the seller market opens up a little more we will change our focus.
Current Strategy:
We have found we are getting more listings through our buyer ads. Some of these buyers need to sell in order to buy. The seller valuation ads work too but we are finding a longer incubation period of 8-12 months with some being even longer (this data predates our Curaytor system). We are playing the numbers by bringing in as many leads as we can handle regardless of what type of leads they are (seller vs. buyer). We are challenged in finding homes for some of our buyers and yet there are those we can get into a homes quickly.
We have been looking to outsource our social media and email marketing efforts for a while. The marketer program is a perfect fit for us. We do not need to rely on a "solo" vendor or hire an inside employee, each of those come with their own challenges. Instead, we have an organization that has structure, this is the only thing they do, do it well and the most important... is always innovating. It was great to hear that Tyler and his team took a week to plan the next 90 days of action and this is something they will continue to do, that means they will always be ahead of the curve. Danielle has been great. She is attentive, is always available to answer questions and concerns and delivers on time. In the short period, we've had the service we are having amazing results. We already had 2 extra closings and our database is growing at a rapid pace with people we get to nurture and will grow our business in the future.

I’ve been a Curaytor Marketer customer for a month and a half now. Three (3) under contract (16,500 GCI) in that short period I have made me an "all things Curaytor/Chris/Jimmy" evangelist! Your customer service absolutely blows my mind! I have NEVER in 15 years in this industry, with 4 as a coach, experienced customer service like that! Hats off to Wendy, Holly, Danielle and all the others!

-I'm still catching up numbers but have about 6 people that either want to see that house or don't want it and want help finding another.
Our Zillow leads are about $85+ each for that zip code. I'm at $2.05 per full registration, and figure about $14/lead for people ready to buy within 60 days.

We have tons of engagement from our FB ads, get calls all the time asking who did our website and telling us how awesome it is! I attended Excellence in 2016 and was one of the few NOT already a Curaytor client. It was apparent from the first 5 minutes in the meet and greet that there was something extremely special about this group. The culture and attitude of both the clients and the company are phenomenal. Everyone is ready, willing and wants to help others succeed.
